Revelations: A Jaime de Guzman Retrospective

Spanning a period of almost five decades, the exhibit will feature De Guzman’s landmark murals from the early 1970s and paintings that depict his personal views on social and ecological concerns as well as introspective representations of his own mythology and his identity. Also included are drawings and ceramic works that reveal the range of his artistic practice. Aside from the artist’s and his family’s collection, other featured artworks will be borrowed from private and institutional collectors. The exhibition will be curated by Emily Abrera, and is presented in cooperation with Archivo 1984, with support from Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corporation.
