PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: CCP-Human Resource Management Department; Human Resource Services Division; POSITION/TITLE: Senior Clerk; SG 08;

Employment Status: Contract of Service



Education :  Bachelor’s degree

Experience :  1 year relevant experience

Training :  4 hours relevant training



  1. Graduate of Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or any business related courses.


  1. With good oral and written communication and people skills.


  1. With sufficient knowledge of filing and records management.


  1. Proficient in computer program such as such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).


  1. Has initiative, resourceful, with attention to details, and with ability to multi-task.



  1. Manages 201 files and other documents of the Division.


  1. Manages the Daily Time Records (DTRs) and prepares monthly report.


  1. Receives leave applications and updates the leave credit balance record.


  1. Collates DTRs of retiring and resigning employees necessary for the computation of the terminal leave benefit.


  1. Computes, updates, and prepares report on compensatory overtime credits.


  1. Assists in the preparation of attendance sheet during flag ceremony.


  1. Checks, maintains, and reports the working condition of the Bundy clock machines located in CCP Main Building and in Finance and Admin. Building.


  1. Encodes and transmits the necessary documents related to timekeeping services.


  1. Assists in conducting test administration.


  1. Attends to inquiries relevant to his/her area of responsibility.


  1. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
