Education :  Bachelor’s degree

Experience :  1 year of relevant experience

Training :  4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility :  Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility



  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or other Business-related course/degree.

  2. At least 1 year relevant work experience involving administrative work and customer service. Experience in real estate industry is an advantage.

  3. With trainings in property management, basic training on real estate and in office administration.

  4. With knowledge in government accounting rules and regulation, basic marketing, business writing; MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), fundamental statistical operations, records management, electronic/computerized database,  arts and culture.

  5. With critical thinking skills, people skills, customer service, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making, time management, and effective communication skills.

  6. Creative and innovative, resourceful, excellent delivery of work, with attention to details, and knows how to multi-task.

  1. Prepares Contract of Lease/Letter Agreements for short-term lease and monitors compliance to its terms and conditions, including rental payments and contract renewals.

  2. Maintains a reliable and accurate database of Lessees.

  3. Practices effective communication skills, good interpersonal relations, and efficient customer service in attending to the complaints and concerns of the lessees, clients and inquiring public.

  4. Prepares accurate Reservation Slips and Order of Payment forms on various transactions being handled.

  5. Prepares Income Report, List of Lessees and various reports or documents related to the operation of the Division.

  6. Facilitates the process of rental payment for short-term and long-term lease in various spaces within the CCP Complex.

  7. Monitors the selling activities of concessionaires during CCP shows/performances/festivals.  Ensures collection of the right fees.

For Nos. 4, 5, 6 & 7 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
