PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: CCP-Human Resource Management Department; Human Resource Services Division; POSITION/TITLE: Junior Clerk SG 06;

Employment Status: Contract of Service

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education :  Bachelor’s degree

Experience :  None Required

Training :  None Required

 

PREFERENCES:

  1. Graduate of Business Administration or other business related courses.

  2. Proficient in Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

  3. With good oral and written communication skills.

  4. Good interpersonal skills.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Computes and prepares payroll of contractual employees.

 

  1. Records and routes incoming and outgoing communications of the Human Resource Services Division.

 

  1. Prepares Certificates of Employment, Service Records and other similar documents.

 

  1. Prepares Requisition Slip (RIS), Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) and other administrative and financial documents.

 

  1. Acts as property custodian.

 

  1. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

For Nos. 4, 5 & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
