  1. A graduate of Mass/Organizational Communication, Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology/Behavioral Science, Public Administration, Arts Media Studies, or other related courses.

  2. With at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  3. With training in emergency evacuation and basic life support; customer service; arts appreciation; personality development; crowd control and management; FOH services and protocol procedures; and, production and events management.

  4. With knowledge in Frontline Service (Front-of-House Operation); arts management theories and practices; relevant computer operations; project, production or event management; Philippine arts and culture; and, leadership, management and supervision.

  5. With critical thinking skills; people skills; customer service; planning and organizing; problem solving and decision decision-making skills; time management; effective communication skills; networking skills; and, supervisory skills.

  1. Creative and innovative; with attention to details; independent and reliable; resourceful; completed staff work.

  1. Handles systematically the venue booking of CCP Produced/Co-Produced and Resident Company shows/productions, and ensures efficient provision of all venue-related booking requirements.

  2. Schedules and facilitates meeting with clients.

  3. Prepares kits and materials conscientiously.

  4. Handles CCP performances/events, including attendance to pre-production and production meetings.

  5. Prepares accurately basic booking communication materials, such as responses, approval sheets, MOA Addendum, confirmation letters, billing statement, office order, among others.

  6. Prepares promptly the Booking Accomplishment Report.

  7. Prepares related documents and reports and ensures its timely submission and accuracy.

  8. Takes care and safeguards payment of venue rental and other charges.

  9. Conducts ocular inspection of venue upon request by the Lessee/venue user.

  10. Monitors activities in designated venues/use of rooms to prevent losses and damages through the adoption and implementation of CCP House Rules and other relevant procedural policies.

  11. Monitors and sees through the efficient budget utilization, including requests for purchases (CAPEX) and budget reprogramming.

  12. Facilitates the processes on the employment of the CCP Ushering Staff, including their training and development.
